The website is run by the club to inform about the club, the football school, the first team and supporting the club.
2. Website content
News, photographs, videos, the crest, name, logo and other club content are protected by copyright and related rights or trademark rights. Copying, republishing and commercial use without the club’s written consent are prohibited. Non-commercial sharing of news (crediting the source with a link to the website) is allowed in media and on social networks. Third-party content (agencies, footage, photos) remains the property of its authors.
3. Results, tables and fixtures
Results, league tables and fixtures are taken from public sources of the competition authorities and may be delayed or contain errors. The official data of the competent football association prevails. Fixtures and times are subject to change.
4. Football school enrolment form
- An application through the website is an expression of interest; it is not a contract or a guaranteed place. Enrolment is completed only after an agreement with the club and fulfilment of its requirements (e.g. medical check, membership fee, parental consent).
- The application is submitted by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the accuracy of the data.
- The first training is free and non-binding as described on the website; conditions may change.
- Data processing is described in the Privacy policy.
5. Supporting the club
The website does not accept payments. Supporting the club is a voluntary payment to the club’s bank account through your own bank. It is not a purchase and gives no right to anything in return. The club does not refund payments except for an obvious payment error. Tax relief for a donor depends on the applicable rules and the donor’s status; please consult a tax adviser.
6. Messages and content you send
Do not send offensive or unlawful content or false data through the forms and do not impersonate anyone. We may decline to answer messages that breach these rules.
7. Prohibited use
- disrupting the website or automated scraping at a volume that threatens availability;
- attempting unauthorised access to the admin area or circumventing protections;
- using the website for unlawful purposes or sending spam.
8. Video and external links
The website embeds video from YouTube and Vimeo and links to third-party sites. The club has no control over and is not responsible for their content.
9. Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care that information is accurate and up to date, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that content is complete and error-free. To the extent permitted by law the club is not liable for damage arising from use of the website or reliance on its information. Liability that cannot be excluded by law remains unaffected.
10. Changes and governing law
We may change these terms; the current version is this page, with the date of the last update. The law of the Republic of Serbia applies and the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Niš is competent for disputes, unless mandatory rules (e.g. consumer protection) provide otherwise.
